{"id":6354,"date":"2019-03-01T13:11:12","date_gmt":"2019-03-01T18:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/popeaceschools.org.s30188.gridserver.com\/wp\/?page_id=6354"},"modified":"2024-01-30T12:54:43","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T16:54:43","slug":"extendedcare","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.popeaceschools.org\/shawe\/extendedcare\/","title":{"rendered":"Extended Care for Shawe Students"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"formatted_content\" data-embeddable=\"\" data-skip-stacker-links=\"\">\n<h2>Extended Care is located at Shawe Lounge or Pope John Elementary and is open to Shawe Memorial students<\/h2>\n<p>Hours:\u00a0 3:30 p.m.-5:15 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Calendar<\/h2>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0 Extended Care will follow the school calendar and be in session only when school is in session.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0 In case of school closing Extended Care will remain open until 5:15 p.m. if at all possible.<\/p>\n<h2>Balance Due<\/h2>\n<p>You can now find your balance due for Extended Care on SmartCare Parent App.<\/p>\n<h2>Fee Structure<\/h2>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0 Rate- $4.00 per hour, starting August 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0 Rate is per child enrolled and participating<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0 Rate is per hour \u2013 full and regular part-time hours are figured by the 1\/2 hour and totaled at the end of the week<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0 Penalty rate \u2013 any time after 5:15 p.m., $1 per minute may be charged<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0 Regular payments are expected and required.
