Tuition Information
The Archdiocese of Indianapolis and the Prince of Peace Catholic Schools Commission establish yearly tuition levels. The Archdiocese and the Commission have the charge of establishing school tuition, parish investments in support of the schools, and teacher salaries.
The tuition rates for the 2025-2026 school years are listed below:

There is a non-refundable $100.00 registration fee once yearly per student.
Membership in a Catholic parish is the decision of the pastor of each parish.
*A $100 discount is given to the family if all tuition is paid in full by July 1st, 2024. (Does not apply to school choice vouchers)
PAYMENT PLANS
- Option A. Single Payment due on or before July 1st, 2025, paid to the school
- Option B. Down payment, due July 1, 2025, and the balance on F.A.C.T.S.
- Option C. Two payments – 1st payment due July 1, 2025, and 2nd payment due December 1, 2025
- Option D. F.A.C.T.S.- Payment Plan ($60 non-refundable)
- Option E. School Choice Voucher
Please note: The above payment plans must have payment or contact the Business Office by June 1, 2025. At this time all payment plans and paperwork must have been turned in. Please contact Business Manager, Marty McClure at 812-273-5835, ext. 247 to arrange for FACTS. If a payment is returned due to insufficient funds in your account, there will be a $60 fee.

Spring Scholarships – are merit-based for current and returning students.
2025-2026
School Choice Voucher
Indiana’s Choice Scholarship Program is commonly referred to as the voucher program. Student Eligibility:
Effective June 29, 2023, the following requirements must be satisfied to qualify for a Choice Scholarship award:
- Student must have legal settlement in Indiana;
- Student must be at least five (5) years old and less than 22 years old by October 1 of the school year that the student is applying; and
- Student is a member of a household with an annual income of not more than 400% of the amount to qualify for the federal free and reduced price lunch program.
Multi-Child Scholarship
Available for any incoming 7-12th grade Shawe Memorial Student.
They must have a sibling attend Prince of Peace Catholic Schools, PreK-12th.
Must owe over and above all other scholarships.
Staff Scholarship
Available to all students of staff members Pre K-12th.

Parish Subsidy Scholarship
Available for any incoming K-6th grade Pope John XXIII Elementary Student.
Must owe over and above all other scholarships and vouchers.
Kentucky Residence Scholarship
Available to any student who has a primary residence in Kentucky, which would not qualify for the school choice voucher.
The scholarship is limited to funds available per year.
Must file FACTS Tuition Assistance Form that will show financial need.
Tuition Assistance Scholarship
Available for any incoming K-12th grade Prince of Peace Student.
They must owe after any other scholarships and vouchers have been awarded.
Must file FACTS Tuition Assistance Form that will show financial need.
Scholarship works with the SGO and is limited to funds available per year.
*All Scholarships are subject to Funds Availability and Student Qualifications. The need-based tuition assistance scholarships and the Indiana Choice Scholarship Voucher program are the two most common forms of tuition assistance at Prince of Peace Catholic Schools. Tuition assistance is not available for Pope John Preschool as they are not a mandatory education level. But we do participate in the On My Way PreK Program for those who qualify.
