Academic Letter Program

The Shawe Memorial Academic Letter Program was initiated to recognize academic effort and achievement beyond the classroom. Once a student earns 3 varsity academic letters, the student will have the opportunity to purchase a letter jacket. Varsity membership is at the discretion of each teams’ coach; however, varsity participation includes those students who participate in events as “first string” at the competitions.  The same jacket may be used for all academic and athletic pins and patches
